Crinkle Crushed Taffeta Curtain Sleeve Topper Window Treatment
Cotton blend fabric made into a curtain sleeve topper with a top and bottom ruffle. The sleeve has surged edges and no tags sewn in. Each sleeve has a 3 inch pocket in the middle with a header/footer ruffle. Machine washable. I needed valances for above my sliding doors but others were too long and I had to duck to get out of the doors!! These fit perfectly on a 2 1/2" rod and look great!!! Very pretty and well made!! So happy I found these! Highly recommend!
