Polyester poplin fabric with a printed floral damask pattern made into a curtain sleeve topper with a top and bottom ruffle. The sleeve has surged edges and no tags sewn in. Each sleeve has a 3 inch pocket in the middle with a header/footer ruffle. Machine washable.
